El Camino Full Immersion
El Camino Mastermind is a program offered by Exponential Inclusion to purposeful leaders from around the world who are seeking deep human connection and personal transformation. It is open to changemakers, global leaders, entrepreneurs, difference makers, and anyone who wants to elevate greater global good!
This 6-month program has 2 major components:
- a virtual exploration of purpose, personal impact, and action, through 6 engaging group sessions guided by expert facilitator Kristin Ekkens
- an 8-day VIP immersion experience hiking 113 kilometers of El Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain
Inspired by El Camino de Santiago
Our program, inspired by El Camino de Santiago trail, offers a space to create human connection by bridging cultures, languages, and individual journeys.
Through interactive sessions designed for impactful conversations, empathetic listening, and collaboration, participants forge meaningful connections and cultivate a sense of belonging.
Guided by an experienced facilitator, the journey fosters self-awareness, empathy, and resilience, empowering each individual to embrace their authentic selves and navigate life’s challenges with grace.
As participants of El Camino Mastermind walk the transformative path of this program together, they not only support each other’s growth but also discover the profound beauty of human connection, leaving a lasting impact on their lives long after the journey ends.
What does Full Immersion in the El Camino Mastermind include?
Personal Discovery and Private Coaching
Cultural Intelligence and Edgewalker Assessments are part of this mastermind’s onboarding phase. As participants come in to the program, we help each one determine where they are starting from, in order to effectively chart their path.
Full Immersion participants are entitled to a 60-minute one-on-one private coaching session with Kristin to help get clarity on their goals and closely review their assessment results.
Social Learning
From May to November 2024, the group takes part in 2-hour monthly sessions designed for deepening the participants’ understanding of human connectedness, and how it plays into each one’s purpose. In these sessions, facilitated by Kristin Ekkens, the goal is to find inspiration and insights that will help propel each individual in their own journeys.
Digital Learning
All participants in the mastermind program will have digital access to the course curriculum, proprietary worksheets, and exclusive recordings. Materials provided by EXI for this course will be geared towards preparing our minds, hearts, souls, and bodies for a truly transformative journey, virtual or otherwise!
Accountability Pods
The mastermind group is broken into smaller pods, where participants can connect more deeply with some of their fellow pilgrims and hold each other accountable for all preparations for the journey they are on.
Performance Boosts
To help Full Immersion participants prepare for the physical aspect of the hike, EXI provides a proprietary El Camino trail preparation program along with a recommended gear list.
Expert Guides
EXI El Camino Mastermind hikers are led on the trail by local guides who will share the most fascinating accounts about their culture and experiences.
VIP Treatment on the Trail
Part of provisions for El Camino Mastermind trailers are:
- VIP lodging (no hostels or shared bathrooms!) + luggage transfers between stop points
- All meals are covered
- Transportation from Santiago to trailhead (NOTE: Flights and/or any transportation to Santiago, Spain and personal insurance are not included on the program fee)
